ACTION RIFLE. Cal. 303 Savage. S# 155416. Bbl 24" round. Ramp mounted white bead front, filler and rear dovetail with a Lyman combination tang sight. Action features a brass rotary mag with left side shell counter. Top tang cocking indicator and bent tab safety. Blue finish with case color lever. Schnable tipped takedown forearm with straight grip stock and grooved steel buttplate. Mfg. 1913. CONDITION: Bbl retains over 70% lightly worn blue showing light spots of pitting. Action has largely faded to gray showing spots of corrosion. Lever shows some fading case colors in protected areas. Original wood finish shows moderate wear with scattered scratches and marks.
